Boonville Fire Station, Oneida County
On October 24 at the Boonville Fire Department, Oneida County, FASNY will be co-sponsoring an eight-hour class on “Responding to Propane Emergencies.” This will be a four-hour classroom session followed by a four-hour practical including a live burn scenario using a propane truck.
Firefighters attending should be Class A or interior-qualified. Firefighter must be approved using a form provided with fire Chief permission. SCBA and full PPE is required for the practical hands-on training. Class limit is 45. FASNY will be providing lunch to all participants at no cost to them.
