FASNY Winter Games

Each year, dozens of departments and hundreds of volunteer firefighters from across the State come together for a little competition and camaraderie during the FASNY Winter Games. Hosted by the Greek Peak Mountain Resort in Cortland, these games include tubing, sled-pull, stokes basket carry, hose races, tug-of-war and broomball. Departments are also awarded for best tailgate setup and farthest traveled. The overall winner is crowned on Sunday of this busy weekend that has become a bona fide FASNY tradition.
