Volunteer Firefighters Have Chance to Star in Video Ad Campaign

(WBNG Binghamton) The Firemen’s Association of the State of New York is looking for volunteer firefighters in New York State to compose a short video highlighting their personal story, using a smart phone or web cam.

Winners in this video contest will be part of a first-of-its-kind, statewide advertising campaign which will roll out across all forms of media this summer.

The submission deadline for video entries is Friday, April 13. Winners will be notified by April 18, and if chosen, filming is scheduled to begin at the end of April in Central New York.
