NYSERDA Small Commercial Energy Efficiency Program

Find out about your fire station’s energy usage patterns and lower the utility bills by participating in NYSERDA’s Small Commercial Energy Efficiency Program (SCEEP). This program is provided at no cost and no obligation to you – it’s free.

SCEEP offers energy assessments to small businesses and not for profit organizations in New York State.  The assessment provides impartial recommendations on what can be done in commercial buildings for increased energy efficiency and decreased energy costs.

Utility history for the building is analyzed and after a building walk-through is conducted, recommendations for energy efficiency improvements are generated and costs and savings are calculated. The information is consolidated into a written report.

The program also offers assistance when you implement the recommendations generated during the assessment and if your building has something unique, special or extra, we can offer an evaluation of “custom” energy efficiency measured.
